So that all our friends non native Portuguese speakers can follow what is going on with Filipe's life.

Filipe is growing well (in fact, using is current weights to predict his weight at different ages shows he'll be my weight at 4 and he will go over 400kg at 18 years old. So there you go, do not extrapolate... and yes, I know I'm weird). He is now over 4200gr, and he seems also to be 4.5 cm longer (now 54.5cm) than when he was born.

He's a nice and gentle kid (much like the parents I guess ;), does not cry much, but takes a very long time to breast feed, which makes nights specially complicated. Feeding every 2 hours, and taking an hour to do it, you can imagine how much the mother misses her sleep.

In it's first visit to the doctor everything was well.

The Portuguese heat has been the worst thing, but finally today (it was supposed to be yesterday, and the week before, and before...) we should get the air conditioning device installed, so that might improve a bit in the next few days. For those of you who've never been to my house, it can be a real oven in the summer...
